The best health prevention and in my eyes also the best cure is to stimulate the bodies own self-regulating mechanisms into action. We have now a direct way to stimulate the heartbeat to slow down or speed up, not with artificial shocks like in a pace-maker but with a feedback of body own signals.
One of the oldest of such methods is to do hot and cold showers or go to the Sauna and then role in the snow, simply because this stimulates the bodies heat regulation mechanism.
Or to alternate intense workout with “intense” rest (which is usually forgotten), which would stimulate the whole regulation mechanism between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
I can imagine a new medicine that purposefully uses this principle in all other areas of regulation between the polarities like eating – fasting, protein food – fibre food, waking – sleeping, right brain – left brain activation, male – female behaviour, slow breath – fast breath, tension – relaxation, low blood pressure – high blood pressure, high blood sugar – low blood sugar …
We have to learn that it is not to favor one or the other polarity but to train the ability to move from one to the other easily and without too much resistance = DLE, which is the foundation of health. However in most Therapies one polarity is favored over the other rather than the understanding that the ability to regulate between the two will only improve to the degree that we are less stuck to one or the other side.
One key polarity in our body is of course between low heart rate – high heart rate and with the Bioresonance – LaesEr we have now a direct way to stimulate both polarities which will have the same positive effects like hot and cold showers, as you can see in the Video below (and of course no other Bioresonance can do this as in fact they do not read energy nor do they put energy back into the body but only information)

Are you sending the feedback to the heart through the hand electrodes
kind of like cranial electrostimulation but in this case its the heart that is being stimulated?
If so, then is it your understanding that you are affecting the sinoatrial node directly?
I notice that I don’t see any variation in your heart rate when breathing or speaking.
Is this because the feedback is taking precendence over vagus nerve activity?
Sorry to ask so many questions but I’m very interested.

thank you so much for your interest – I feel sometimes like a lone warrior without much feedback
The signal can be taken from anywhere on the body – in this case I have one electrode on each foot
and then the amplified signal is fed back with the hand-electrodes
We are not using any generated frequencies – what you see and what you hear is just the amplified signal from the body.
The Beats per minute is actually calculated with a Fast Fourier Analysis and takes therefore quite a few beats in consideration
but it is much more stable in its output then other Heart Rate Variability measurement systems like for example Heartmath
which has never given me any stable output
and I think it is natural that the heart does not show significant Heart Rate differences just from breathing or speaking – would be quite a hell to live with if our heart would be as easily affected as most HRV systems want you to believe.
We need to do more experimenting, but although we have already sold over 1000 Bioresonance LaesEr it seems I am the only one who does more testing and research – the others seem to be just too busy to use it for therapy and don’t have much time for anything else
also If I get feedback I get it to my private mail rather than that people leave comments on the site – this is why I put your questions and my answer here
but I tell you I have more energy than ever – I have started now to swim every day 3 km from one beach to the other – takes me about 75 minutes – and this although I have never done any sports before

das ist ein interessantes Experiment. Soweit ich das verstanden habe, reguliert sich der Körper (der Pulsschlag) mit seinen eigenen, aber verstärkten Signalen. Die Pulsfolge des normalen Herzschlags wird aber durch die Fast-Fourier-Analyse nur mit Unterbrechungen wiederholt. (Kiran’s Anmerkung : die FFT wird nur zur Berechnung der Herzfrequenz verwendet, das Biofeedback des verstärkten Herzsignals funktioniert aber analog und direkt ohne wesentlichen Zeitverzug, rein elektronisch)
Ein bisschen erinnert mich dieses Experiment an die Synchronisation von EEG und EKG bei Menschen. Wenn zwei Menschen sich längere Zeit relativ ruhig nebeneinander aufhalten, synchronisieren sich die Pulse von EEG und EKG. Das ist meines Wissens nachgewiesen. (Kiran : genau, unser Herz synchronisiert sich mit verschiedensten Reizen. Synchronisierung mit Musik und Licht kann mit dem Bio-LaesEr nachgewiesen werden – einen reizenden Mann oder Frau muss der Anwender zu Versuchen selbst beistellen, oder besser beilegen)

Wenn man die dritte Abbildung im u. a. Link eines EKGs auf einem Oszillographen betrachtet, versteht man erst, warum man einen derartigen elektronischen Aufwand betreiben muss. Normalerweise sieht man vom Puls fast nichts. Erst mit der Differenzmessung der Eingangskanäle (A+ , A-) wird der eigentliche Puls sichtbar.

I tried to experiment what you suggested with the HRV but my programme do not work. Ezio said he got this issue with other practitioners too but has not find the solution yet. So I will keep you posted when able to.
On an other topic, for the first time, I have a client receiving electric shocks while in homeopathic mode, amplification on 1 and first knob on 0 (LED not even lighted up), that means receiving electric shocks just with her own energy collected from the feet, with hands on the pads.
Would electric shock also happen if the BBR was grounded with a 3 prongs plug connected to the main or this has nothing to do with the fact that the BBR is not grounded into the main?

no the shock does not have anything to do with grounding or not
but I see now that it is much more gentle if you use only the Biosignal IN
and leave the Ref completely unconnected

Personally, I have never yet experimented shocks while on homeopathic mode, even with the Ref connected.
But I will try the Body Signal Only if I got another client that get shock with the homeopathic mode.
Although, I noticed that she got shocks only when we was touching strong issues while speaking during the CoRe / BBR session.
Your interpretation of shocks = new information facing a resistance, be it on the mental, emotional, spiritual or physical level, appeals to me.
So I look at them as necessary and if they appear even in Homeopathic mode, that perhaps because the person needed them anyway. They create the necessary DLE that precede the healing process, they open the space even if they can create a fear at first, a bit like an earthquake creates a reset of the earth magnetic field, a bit like this saying: “When God erase, that’s He is going to write” or something like that.
